Acceptable Use Policy

- Distribution of content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred.
Intellectual property
- Storing, distributing, or facilitating access to copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization (including pirated software, media, or warez).
Spam and abuse of communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam), or operating mailing lists without verifiable consent.
- Forging headers, spoofing identities, phishing, or any deceptive messaging practices.
Security violations and malicious software
- Distributing or hosting malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
- Operating botnets, command-and-control servers, or coordinating malicious networks.
- Unauthorized access to, scanning of, or interference with any system, network, or data (hacking, intrusion attempts, port scanning, credential stuffing).
- Launching or participating in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or any attack that degrades or disrupts services.
Network and resource abuse
- Excessive consumption of shared resources (CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth, I/O) in a manner that degrades service for others or exceeds the limits of your plan.
- Cryptocurrency mining, coin minting, or similar high-intensity computational activity, unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Open relays, open proxies, public anonymizers, or services that facilitate abuse.
- Reselling or sharing Services in violation of your plan terms.
3. Cooperation and Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may access, monitor, or disclose information as necessary to operate the Services, enforce this AUP, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests. You agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation.

6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP. This AUP forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
